This project included the structural demolition of an existing building (154,480 sq ft) and site preparation for a 7-story building with underground parking.

Lake Oswego, Oregon I 2019

This was the demolition of a 86,052 sq ft building, ground preparation, storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems. This project promoted sustainability; we were able to reuse:

95.6% of the demo material was recycled, only 4% went to a landfill.

88.6% of the demo material was used on-site for construction of the parking lot.

4.3% of the demo material was used as an industrial energy source.
