MEI completed the earthwork and underground utility construction for Dundon-Berchtold Hall with excavation, backfill, and erosion control. The foundation was laid 30’ deep with concrete footing and a steel structure. This project was located on private property, creating complications as the previous utility installation was not documented. Safety, Traffic Control, and site organization were top priorities during the project with a live campus.

This project included sitework for an outdoor mall with extensive off-site road improvements.

This project included the demolition of an existing building and site preparation for a 16 story building with a 40’ excavation underground parking.
